CAN'T LOG IN TO PAY MY BILL

CAN'T LOG IN TO PAY MY BILL

I try to log in but I get ERROR CODE 3. I try to ask to reset my password but Im told that my email address is not linked to any active account. So I figure the issue is that my CC info needs to be updated because I was overdrawn a few days ago. But there is no way for me to access my account in order to update the info with a new card and make payment. i can't be the only person with this issue.

No it did not I created this account to get into the community and to search and see if I could find my account by username but I can't even find my self to follow myself to get my playlist
