CAN'T LOG IN TO SPOTIFY THROUGH FB OR EMAIL

I have two spotify accounts, one premium and one not, and I want to delete both of them and create a new one to start from fresh/I only need one account and both of them are on emails that are not my main account.

One of the accounts is connected to facebook, so I tried to log in through FB and it said I didn't have an account attached to my Facebook. I tried logging in with my email and password for that account, and it said I had to log in through FB to access it, or sometimes that my username or password was wrong when I tried various passwords.

So I know I have an email through my FB attached to an account, but I can't access it no matter where I go: my Android phone, iPad, or laptop (both the windows app and the web player).

When I try to create a new account with the same email as the FB account, it says that email is already taken. I have no idea how to fix it, I've tried looking through forum after forum and nothing has worked for me thus far.
