CAN'T LOG INTO SPOTIFY

I was using it just fine this morning and then just about an hour ago I found that somehow I was logged off. 

I am unable to login. It's as if my account does not exist.

I have a good feeling it could be the fraud claim I had just a week ago. Someone charged 39.99 onto my account with 6 transactions. They stole 250 dollars from me! So the day after I paid for my Spotify premium account before . I told my bank the Spotify charge had nothing to do with this incident but they refunded me the money I gave to Spotify anyway! I am pretty mad I can't contact anyone right now. I just want my account back.

It's best to check with  customer services team directly.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible
