CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION

My husband died and I want to cancel subscription as I'm sure he didn't know he was being charged!  I have been trying for over an hour, following all the links and ways to "cancel" but they are ALL USELESS.  It's a disgrace. I've tried contacting customer service but that's also USELESS.  I am a pensioner and do not need to be paying 9.99 a month for something I will not use, but Spotify seem to have numerous ways to keep taking your money and not allowing you to cancel. I will be contacting my bank tomorrow.

Thank you. Yes, I've tried for over an hour! It doesn't give me the options, it just asks if I want to get "Premium"

Login with your husband's username to the website to check his subscription here:

https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/

In there you can cancel if you want to, and check your payment info.

You can also try to check if your husband had a subscription through Apple by following tutorial below.
