CANNOT ACCESS SPOTIFY ACCOUNT 'HELP'!!!!!

I over a year ago deleted me facebook account permanently

I can no longer access spotify and just get the following message:

 

Password Reset

It looks like you are using your Facebook credentials to log in to Spotify. To change your Facebook password go to your settings page at facebook.com.

I HAVE WRITTEN TO HELPDESK AND HAVENT RECEIVED AND ANSWER AFTER MONTHS OF TIME.

I would just like my account restored without the FB crap attached.

unfortunately I don't see much hope in this. If you've signed up through facebook and deleted it, you can no longer use Spotify. Maybe the offiicial support them can recover your playlists and stuff (but I'm not sure, if it that long ago), but have you received a case number when you wrote to them? Or at least an automated mail that leads you back to the community?

yes I hope they can help, I mean I own the email and if they can BOOT a recovery system or something, grrr, I was warned of FB and its inherent problems with attached accounts. anyway as FB loses numbers they will have to implement something as this will happen more... grrraaahhhh. 

I cant find the ticket number either, oppps, I will try again, I am using with another account but want my MAIN email address for spotify

Try to get in touch with the Spotify staff by using this contact form: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-anonymous/. You need to verify that it is your account so please add as much information as you can (Birthday, ZIP, payment info/receipts etc). This form doesn't require a login and you can use your current mail address.

If you'll receive an automated mail that leads you back to the community or help pages, please reply to that mail (even if it's from "no-reply") and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. But if you get a case number, you can post it here and one of the staff members will look into it.
