CANNOT ADD FAMILY MEMBERS

I subscribed to Spotify Premium while in Brazil. Recently, I moved to Canada, and I kept my subscription. My roomate and I wanted to share spotify through Spotify Family.

I changed my subscription to Family, invited him to join the plan, but my account was still set to Brazil. I tried to change it to Canada in my profile, but it says it`s only going to be considered a Canada account in my next billing date. So now I`m paying for family plan, but I`m the only one able to use it, and I can only add the extra person the next month!!!

It`s about time this company had a PHONE NUMBER so we can actually TALK TO SOMEONE WHO CAN QUICKLY HELP US SOLVE OUR F************* PROBLEMS!!!!!
