CANT CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION!!

I've tried to cancel my subscription because its too expensive for me. When I go to cancel it asks for a confirmation code. I keep on typing in the right password. I even sent it to my email to change it but it still won't work. Someone please help me because i thought Spotify was reliable but this is ridiculous. Thanks
