CANT GET TO REDEEM GIFT CARDS

I got two $30 gift cards and I planned on redeeming them but it simply will not let me. Everytime I go to account overview and press redeem before I get a chance to put my code in. It says "Oops a problem has occurred, try again" and I cannot get to the screen where I should be able to put in my code. PLZ HELP

Hi.

Have you tried another browser and/or in incognito mode? Also may be a good idea to try another device.
If that won't help I suggest to clear cache and cookies

I've tried to redeem them by logging out and signing in on both my computer and my phone
