CANT LOG IN

Hi everyone mt device if offline for some reason and I cant log in
I keep getting the message "you currently set offline" so I went to the website to take my device off the "offline" and I cany take it off!!!!!   what to do ?? my whole day is without music and its soooooo annoying !! thank you

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.
