I need to redeem my gift card as soon as possible as I have scratched the number out. But the first thing is I need to change my spotify account back to Hong Kong which I couldnt do it for the last hour. My phone has been changed back to HK location anyway. Please help asap.

gift cards are only redeemable in the country in which they were purchased.

Do you have premium right now?  if so have you updated your payment method and billing address yet? If so, the new payment method and country settings are in effect from your next payment date.

Try to ask the customer services team directly using the online contact form

I contacted spotify directly on Facebook. The problem has been solved. But thanks a lot anyway. 🙂
