CANt find my premium account maybe cause to IOS 10 too Old version. iPhone?

Hope you're doing great!

You should still be able to use Premium if you have iPhone 6s running iOS 10. I would recommend checking to see if there is a software update as the latest version of the device is iOS 11.4.1. You can check to see if there is a software update availeble by going to Settings > General > Software Update.
