I want to join a PREMIUM Family account, however it's telling me i'm in the wrong country

It is currently set to Mexico but want to change to UK

 

Device

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)

My Question or Issue

Hey there, I want to join a PREMIUM Family account (myself & my family lives in the UK), however it's telling me i'm in the wrong country (I am currently in Mexico). I've tried to change the country in my account from Mexico to UK however it's not allowing me to do so. Could you please support with this?

Hey @jeaninegasser, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I'll be happy to help.

The country of the account must match the country you reside in at the moment, which explains why you might not be able to change your country to the UK.

 

Also, everyone on the Premium Family plan must reside at the same physical address. In your case, if your family lives in the UK and you're trying to join their plan - It won't work since you're not at the same address as them.
