CHARGED ME AFTER I CANCELED MY FREE SUBSCRIPTION

Hi, I did the 30 day free trial and canceled two days before it ended. I answered the question for my reason for canceling and picked "trying to save money". It then said thank you for using it. I checked today and it charged me. I don't use spotify and want it canceled and a refund. Thank you.
