Hola buenos días!!

Estoy detectando un cobro doble de este mes de OCTUBRE 2023 en mi tarjeta de débito!!

El cobro siempre se realiza de manera automática, yo no realice ningún movimiento diferente en los métodos de pago...

Espero se de la solución pertinente a la situación.

Also, as the official language used in the Community is English; the replies will be posted in this language. We appreciate your understanding.

 

If you notice double Spotify payments in the same month, we'd recommend checking out the possible scenarios mentioned in this article.

 

However, if it's not the case, since we don't have access to users' accounts in the Community, we'd suggest getting in touch with our Customer Support directly, so they can check the payments in your account and help you further.
