CST Tax in Florida

I noticed that I started getting charged CST 13.26% tax all of a sudden, so I looked around to figure out why and found this:

I have never activated the "Hulu portion of this service" so why am I suddenly being charged tax for something I don't use?

Thank you, I've removed Hulu from the list but I haven't seen any changes to my monthly bill yet. Maybe next month. I appreciate you taking the time to answer me! 🙂
