CUENTA PREMIUM y FORMA DE CONTACTAR CON SPOTIFY

Hola:

Estoyh absolutamente indignado con el spotify, tengo o tenia una cuenta premium, todos los pagos de internet, los realizo con una tarjeta de credito de prepago especifica, la suscripción funciona por meses desde el 1 al 31 de cada mes, los cargos spotify los realizaba el 23, 24 o...siempre antes de final de mes con diferencias de dias, yo el ingreso en la tarjeta lo hago a final de mes, desde hoy me han cancelado la cuenta premium por falta de pago, cuando hasta el 31 estoy al corriente de pago, pero además al ir a pagar para volver a premium ahora resulta que es más caro...gracias por descubrirme la cuenta free, francamente no lo entiendo, no hay manera de contactar con spotify, con ningún telefono, en fin bastante desilusionado con spotify, como cada final de mes he hehco el ingreso de spotify sólo faltaá que me lo cobren....

@JLLATORREF - Apologies for the English reply, not sure I quite understand this. Are you saying you had the funds to pay for Spotify but it got cancelled anyways? And it costs more to resubscribe?

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
