Cambiar o Actualizar el nombre de usuario en un nuevo Plan Familiar

Lo que pasa es que cambie de Plan Familiar y al enviar el nuevo registro le sigue apareciendo mi nombre anterior al Administrador. Como puedo cambiar o actualizar este nombre en el nuevo Plan Familiar ?

We hope you don't mind us replying in English. If we understand you correctly, your name appears incorrectly in the Premium for Family plan. We are however not sure whether you're the administrator or a member. 

If you are the administrator, and the name is wrong, you don't have to worry about it. The name is just to show members you're inviting who it is that invites them, and that's the only purpose. Just make sure that they know that you're inviting them with the wrong name and it should be fine. 

If you however are a member and the wrong name is shown, let the administrator remove you from their Family plan and re-send an invite for you to accept. Also, check your app to see if the correct name is shown there at the top. If it isn't, log out and log back in with the correct details, and make sure that you have the correct Facebook profile connected to your account if you have one.

Si eres el administrador y el nombre es incorrecto, no tienes que preocuparse por ello. El nombre es solo para mostrar a los miembros que estas invitando, quién los invita, y ese es el único propósito. Solo asegúrate de que sepan que tu los estás invitando con el nombre "equivocado".

Sin embargo, si eres un miembro y se muestra el nombre equivocado, permite que el administrador lo elimine de su plan familiar y vuelve a enviar una invitación para que la acepte. 

Además, verifica su aplicación para ver si el nombre correcto se muestra allí en la parte superior. Si no lo está, cierra la sesión y vuelva a iniciarla con los detalles correctos, y asegúrese de tener el perfil de Facebook correcto conectado a su cuenta si es que tienes uno.
