Can I cancel a subscription from a locked Facebook account?

I need to either unlink or delete my premium membership from a different account that the one I'm posting on. I can only log in to the account through Facebook, and the Facebook account is currently locked and I am unable to enter it, which also means I'm unable to use my premium service as well, is there any way to fix this?

Hey there @Shenmue18, welcome to the community!

There are a couple of things you can do:

1. If you create a new Spotify account, you can get in touch with a member of the Spotify staff and they will be able to transfer all your music, followers etc over to your new account. To reach them, drop them a line on social media (Twitter or Facebook) or by using the contact form. Make sure, if you use the latter, to reply to the automated email you'll receive directing you back to the help pages, even if it's from a no-reply! Support usually gets back within a day or two.
2. If your current Spotify account wasn't created using Facebook, you can head to Preferences and unlink your Facebook account from there. However, if your account was created with Facebook details, then it would be better to try the first option.
