Can I disable the "related artists" feature?

All the "related artists" related to my spotify artist page have absolutely nothing to do with my music. It's kinda frustrating, because I think it could 'cause some damage to my personal branding.

Is there a way that I can change this or simply disable this feature? Thank you!

To improve the quality of data used in the algorithms that generate your 'Related Artists,'  Spotify always recommends establishing and maintaining a social media presence, getting people and press talking about your music online, and encouraging fans to listen to your music on Spotify.

Unfortunately Spotify cannot change these manually and there's no way to hide them.
