My Question or Issue

I have just realised I have 2 premium accounts, I've been paying for my original account through one bank, and the second account, which I forgot I opened, I've been paying for through a different bank account.

I don't use the second account at all, as I said, I forgot it even existed!

Now, I've been paying for the second premium account for about a year and a half without realising I was actually paying for 2 accounts. $225 all together is what I've paid for the account I don't use.

Is this grounds enough to request a refund?
