Can I merge accounts?

My Question or Issue

I have a free plan and a premium plan.  Here's what happened - I had the free plan and received a gift card for a year of premium.  I thought I was upgrading my free plan, but instead it created a new account.  I didn't realize this until recently.

Here's what I would like to do:

Keep the username and email from my free plan

Move the premium subscription and playlist to the account that my free plan is on.

Reason:  I don't use the email on the premium plan and I don't remember the login.

Please help!  Thank you!!!

Actually, it's not possible to merge two Spotify accounts.

In your situation, I suggest that you contact the Customer Support team to get help with the login credentials of your Premium account if you want to recover it. Just go on there and choose the best channel for you and explain your issue or doubt. Someone will help you as soon as possible.

The Customer Support team usually replies within 24-48 hours by email.
