Can I re-use my deleted account email to make a new account ?

So I've got introduced to Spotify by a friend of mine and I have created an account since like 3-4 something years ago but haven't even use Spotify for once and I wonder can I delete my account and like cut all connections with all of my other accounts (e.g Facebook, Twitter etc) and then am I able to use the email that I have used on my deleted account to make a new one ???
P.S What are the things that you can't do when you make a new account ? I've taken a look through the support page and I see that I cannot use the same username, is there anything else ?? Thank you for the help

Thanks for reaching out.

You won't be able to re-use the same username and all saved music on the account will also be deleted. After closing your account, it will take 14-30 days for your email address to become available for sign-up again 🙂
