Can access included 15 hours of audiobook using website but not via app.

Can access included 15 hours of audiobook using website but not via app.

I am able to access and listen to audiobooks using the included monthly 15 hours but I am unable to use the Spotify. The Spotify application still shows it as locked. How to resolve?

Welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

Does this occur with the desktop or the mobile app? I recommend logging out and signing back in - this will force a refresh of the app that may help here. Make sure also you're logging in to the correct account.

 

It's also worth checking your audiobook listening consumption on your account page, as you might have exhausted your monthly listening hours. If that's the case, you can regain access to audiobooks included in Premium by either waiting until the monthly allocation refreshes with the next billing cycle, or by purchasing a top-up.
