Can login on website, but NOT iOS & windows apps :(

It's all in my subject.  I've searched high and low and found several "can't login topics" but none address my issue.  I have reset my password multiple times to be sure and still I login to the website just fine.  My account is in good standing.  But I can't listen to my music because I can't login to the apps. 

This and the fact that private mode is off by default and turns itself off after some time is pushing me to drop my premium account for amazon music.  😞

 

A little help please.

Hey @BCspot,

 

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, or anything else, to login to your account.
