Can login via facebook but can not change email and password

My account got hijackes.
I created this account when I still had my old email but forgot to change it when i switched to the new one. The old email is no longer accessible after the new ISP bought the old ISP.
Now I can't change the password or the email but i can login via facebook and logout the hijacker (log out all devices).
I changed the account from premium to free until the issue is solved. The Hijacker should lose interest while the account is just a free one...

Was your account created using Facebook? If not, you should just be able to update the email address manually here 👉

Hi. No the account was not created via facebook. My password has been changed so I cannot save the new email, hence my seeking help.
