Can not cancel subscription -screenshot in german attached



I want to cancel my subscription, but following the steps given there is simply no action happening. There is only a message saying "your subscription will renew itself on february 3rd if you dont cancel it before". Well, I can't.

Hi, and welcome to the community!


Try going to this page then cancelling using the grey button (If that's not what you're already doing).


Otherwise, I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can sort this out for you.
If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

If you don't see a cancel option,

You might have subscribed to premium through the iPhone or iPad app.

To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.
