Can not change country of family accounts

Can not change country of family accounts

I have a family account in Panama for me, my wife and my son, all living in the same household. I got an email for their accounts that they could not confirm their address was the same as mine. Looking into their accounts, it seems they were set up with US as the country (our credit card has a US address so we often use it for convenience) but mine is Panama. I can't change their country on their account and I don't see how to do it from mine. What's the process to do this? Do I need to remove them, change the country, then re-add them?
