Can not change e-mail address

I am using facebook to log in to you services, unfortunately there seems to be a wrong e-mail address appearing in my profile and I am unable to change it. I left several messages with the right e-mail address, but since I keep the message that you will respond to 'the wrong e-mail address' I never heard from you. Could you please inform me what to do? I don't feel like cancelling my subscription.
