Can not change my password account. Error with facebook join

First of all sorry for my english,

I have a very strange problem. I forgot my password spotify (user fany41) when I try to reset my password tells me that the mail is from facebook, and "you change it around with fb". If I do not work.

If I login to spotify with facebook I get an empty account, like a new user. Initially this user (fany41) was ONLY spotify account without joins to facebook. I do not understand anything.

How I can change my user password ??? How I can get back my account and playlists???

I suggest you contact support so they can help you

For the username box, make sure to put you username, and for the preferred email box, put an email address that support  can contact you at. In the text box explain your problem.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
