Can not change my password

Have you tried to use a different browser or clearing your browser cache/cookies?

I have exactly the same problem and changing the browser does not help. I give the old password to 1st field, then the new one for 2nd and 3rd and after that I press the button, which shoud save the new password and I get the same error message and password stays the same as it used to be.

Tried to clean my cache and cookies and tried it again, but still the same problem 😞

Also tried a different browser, still the same 😞

I contacted Spotify, they told me to request a new password.

When you get there new URL, open it in the safe-browser mode (ctrl-shift-n) and then change your password. 

This worked for me.

After waiting for few days I was able change my password without problems and it did not require any additional actions from my side.

Perhaps there was something wrong and it is now corrected.
