Can not log in anymore!

hello,

i can not log in anymore. I have an account through Facebook, but I erased my Facebook account. Is there anyway I still can log in?! I only know my username, in my believe there is no email address connected with my Spotify account (because of the login with Facebook before). I have a premium account and i really want my playlists back! Can you please help me?
