Can not log in or reset password

Hi I have been using Spotify premium for over two years and now have a Spotify Family plan. Everyone on my plan has no trouble logging in, but when I try to log in it says that I have the wrong username or password. When I try resetting this password it either says I have no account or does not send me an email to reset my password. My username is caroline.morava and my account was working yesterday but now all of a sudden it does not work. Spotify even let me make a new account with the same email that my premium account is linked to, therefore I do not understand what has happened. Please help, I have tried reaching out on Twitter and through the contact form but I am just told to check the support site and/or reset my password but this needs a more complex fix from someone who has access to everything at Spotify.

As you were already guided into creating a new account and you're still having an issue, please contact support through this help page and have them take a closer look.

 

Please make sure to reply to any automated mail you recieve.
