Hey, @kristofw, 

Try it using an incognito mode from your web browser. If that still doesn't work, contact the Spotify support team and ask them to help you redeem the code. 

If bought from a store, make sure they've activated it and keep the receipt. 

If bought online, provide the Order ID or Pincode (located on the activation link, ex: http://spotify.com/code/xxxxxxxx).
