Can not successfully switch to student discount

Can not successfully switch to student discount

Hello,

 

I am a student who just discovered the discount.  I'd like to apply it to my account, but I keep finding myself unable to do so.  I've cancelled my current premium subscribtion, etc.

 

I have been a paying customer since day 1 in the US and this was never made known to me.  Also, as far as customer experience goes, I'm pretty upset there isn't a ticket system or any way to get in touch with staff.

I suggest you contact support so they can help you

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
