Can not upgrade to premium

Can not upgrade to premium

I've been trying for the past three days to upgrade to premium, an error message comes up and states my bank account must be having a bad day. I called my bank and they are not seeing I tried to purchase anything. What else can I do?

I am having the exact same issue.  Regardless of what payment type I use (tried 3 different cards - amex, visa, mc), I get the same darn message - see attachment for a visual. Tried to contact Spotify and get a canned blah blah response.. I have contacted my credit card company and they confirmed no denials on their end.. Please fix.. this is beyond frustrating....
