The problem is my tracks are grayed out and I do not know how to access offline mode on mobile can someone send a video showing how. It will be greatly appreciated!!

Sounds like your tracks are greyed out because Spotify thinks you would like to connect online. In this case, you can turn on Offline Mode by following these steps:

1. Tap your profile picture at the top.
2. Tap Settings and privacy.
3. Tap Data-saving and offline.
4. Switch Offline mode on.
