Can't Add Family Member to Family Account

Can't Add Family Member to Family Account

I upgraded to a family account and invited my husband to join.  When he clicks "accept" he is told that he can't be added because he is already a member of another family account, which he isn't.  How can I add him with his own account so that we can both listen at the same time?

Hey @gutsy4, sorry for the delay and thanks for reaching out to us!

 

Once you've sent the invite to your husband, ask him to open in an incognito window the link he gets on his email. He should be able to accept the invitation after logging in with his credentials.

 

If this doesn't work, we recommend you to send him an invitation code instead of a link to his email. Then, ask him to redeem it here.
