Can't Cancel Premium Trial!!

I have been trying to cancel premium trial subscription for two days! I have gone through all the steps mentioned in the website, but once I have to re-enter my password for "verification" it says that it is incorrect. How can it be incorrect if I just used it to login to my account?! I even tried 3 different web browers and that didn't help either.

I suggest you contact support so they can help you cancel the trial.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
