Can't Change My Payment Information without it telling me I am not a Student

My old payment method is no longer active and I am trying to update my payment information. However, everytime I try, it takes me to the next screen asking my to verify that I am a student. Then, when it tells me I am not in fact a student, it won't let me continue and my payment information never gets saved. Also, when I try to subscribe separately to premium, it only gives me the family account option and never the $10 option.
