Can't Change my country, wont let me log on

My Question or Issue

Recently moved to south korea. Whenever I go to log on, it tells me I need to update my country to my current country. However, when I go to my settings to change my current country to south korea, only USA is displayed on my account settings drop down for current country. My IP is located in South Korea, I checked.

I can't log on or use spotify at all due to this issue, help!

Hey @dave1990,

Have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device, when you try to change your country?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
