Can't Connect to Facebook

I've having problems linking Spotify with my Facebook account. I'm using the Spotify desktop app. I went to setting --> social --> connect to Facebook. But every time I click on the 'Connect to Facebook' button, nothing happens. The app doens't ask me to login, it doesn't open a window for me to login. The screen just stays the same.

I have the exact same problem, the window appear when i press alt+tab but i can't reach it

Same problem, did appear when holding alt-tab but couldn't open it. I was able to link my facebook account to Spotify on my phone though.
