Can't Connect with Facebook Friends because they don't show up

My Question or Issue

I have been trying to connect with my friends on Spotify since I just upgraded to Premium. However, since Spotify automatically assigns you a username now, it is difficult to search a specific username. Instead I tried to connect my Facebook account which was successful but it says that I have 0 friends using Spotify. I know this is incorrect because both of my brothers are using the same Spotify account as me and are both connected to their Facebook accounts. 

They are similarly having the same issue! 

Would really appreciate any help!

Make sure you authorized Spotify correctly so that It can see your Friends

Yeah it still isn't working. Still shows that 0 of my friends are using Spotify. I can add people through username though so I've just been doing that.
