So, I'm trying to create new accounts for my kids since they can be added to my family account now. Problem is, I can't add new accounts. The website just doesn't respond. I've tried on IE, Chrome, Firefox. iPad, you name it. I enter in their info (email, new username, password, birthday, etc.) and click SIGNUP, but nothing happens. It just sits there. It doesn't even try to load another page. No warnings, no errors, just nothing.

Please try using Chrome in Incognito Mode and let me know if it works.
Also make sure to disable all your extensions, especially Adblock can cause an issue where web page hangs.

im having this exact same problem. have tried from every browser and device but I keep getting that little loading or buffering circle. Have tried 2 days in a row

Same here. Tried laptop, phone, tablet, every different browser, cleared cookies, incognito mode etc etc...
Paid for family account, can't sign up any family members. Bit of a joke now, it's been 3 days of trying

Do you get any error message when you try to invite them?
Do they have their own Spotify accounts? Are they correctly signed in when trying to accept the invitation?
