Can't Follow Friends? My Screen doesn't look like the FAQ screen

My Question or Issue

I have a Premium account and my Spotify account and my Facebook account are linked. But I can't find or follow any friends. When I checked the FAQ on this subject it said I should click on the pictogram of myself and then on a little circle with some dots in it. But when I click on the upper-right-hand pictogram of myself, I can only choose between Account and Uitloggen (log out). If I choose Account, none of the options appears to be "look for your friends". A Canadian friend found my profile but says he can't message me which he claims he normally can. I have downloaded the full app onto the Chromebook but it's frustrating that I can't even find the suggestions in the FAQ and the main reason I downloaded the app and paid for Premium was so this friend and I could share music...

Hey @LeanneDarnbroug,

 

Are you still having trouble with this? We can see that your Friend feed is missing, which is where you can activate and see followers. 

 

To start following friends, do this:

  1. Download the Spotify app if you haven't already.
  2. Open the app, log in, and activate your Friend feed.
  3. Follow the instructions here to find friends and follow them.
