Can't Get to Student Discount Registration

I am 17 and have been accepted into a D1 university. I have my student ID number and my email address. When I try to follow the steps to go through the application process, I start as instructed by logging into my account. When I do so, I am not prompted with the further instructions for application. I am sent to my account overview. Please help!

Yes i am having the same problem, it does not give me the option to put in my college information.

same here! It's extremely frustrating since I love spotify but I would like to get th student discount.

Sorry for the trouble! There is currently a glitch with the student discount page for some people. The website team is still trying to fix it.
