Can't LOGIN

Can't LOGIN

I have reset my password twice. I have tried multible browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) and I keep getting "Error code 3." It WILL work if I go through my SONOS account, but will not work if I'm just trying to log on online.

Could you try logging in with your username instead of your email?
