My Question or Issue
I was suddenly unable to login to my account after having used it the entire day as it said my Username or Password was incorrect. I've had this account for 4 years and have never previously had this problem. On this account, I was one month in to my 3 month free trial for Premium but now feel unsafe with not being able to log back in and therefore wish to cancel my subscription ASAP. Either this or I would like to be able to retrieve my account or somehow permanently delete it.
