My Question or Issue

I was suddenly unable to login to my account after having used it the entire day as it said my Username or Password was incorrect. I've had this account for 4 years and have never previously had this problem. On this account, I was one month in to my 3 month free trial for Premium but now feel unsafe with not being able to log back in and therefore wish to cancel my subscription ASAP. Either this or I would like to be able to retrieve my account or somehow permanently delete it.

Could you try resetting your password here? If you're still unable to log in to your account after resetting your password, perform the same steps using a different browser or private window.

 

You can also send me a screenshot of the error message you're getting when you try to log in (make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community) and let me know what device you're using.
