My Question or Issue

Trying to log in to my Premium account on browser across multiple devices, Samsung Tab and Phone and Windows Google Chrome browser, using my phone number which is the only log in method on my account. Keep getting an error that says "Check your phone number" even though I'm definitely using the right one. Has anyone else experienced this or knows a solve?

Sorry to hear that you’re facing this issue. If you have registered only a phone number on your account and can’t log in to it, I would suggest reaching out to the Support team here so they can further assist you with this.

I hate Spotify:
First of all you took all my benefits away as a free user and now im trying to upgrade but even that’s becoming impossible.
I tried logging in through the website using the userid that is there on my account. But I forgot password, but there’s apparently no option to login using forgot password??? Are you f-ing crazy???
I first set up my account using my phone number, but I can only use my email or userid to login? That’s barbaric.
I tried downloading the app on desktop and logging in using the scanner but it says that the region is different because I moved to the US, but even needs me to login

How am I supposed to upgrade?????
