Can't Log In

Can't Log In

Hi, so I've been trying for at least a month to log into my account but I haven't had the time to ask for help. So, when I log in it says that I can't use Spotify abroad 14 days but I haven't been out of the country. I reset my password two times and it's still saying that for me. I created a new account but I haven't used it for a week and then it's saying the same thing when I try logging in. I want my old account back but I still can't log into it.

Can you please make sure that your country setting is set to the right country (in your old account)?

Hi @SGB3,

 

It's also worth noting that using a VPN can sometimes make your location appear abroad so it's worthing checking if you have any of these installed/activated and try logging in again with these turned off.
